Job Description

AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER FOR VVIP FAMILY IN MIDDLE EAST

  • Salary: £52,000 net p.a. (DOE)
  • Full relocation + package + benefits | TAX FREE
  • Middle East
  • Two year rolling contract | Private accommodation provided

The Chace People team is looking for an exceptional Executive Housekeeper for a VVIP family estate based in The Middle East.You will be heading up an existing team of housekeepers, supervisors and superintendents and moving between a multi-property estate to ensure that the high standard is consistent throughout. You will have a dedicated hands-on approach where you will overseeall properties, advise the senior members of the teams as well as be constantly upgrading the systems to meet superior standards. This role is open to international candidates with a full relocation package.As the ideal candidate, you will be:
  • A natural leader who is confident in training and delegating
  • Strong knowledge of high-end systems that are proven to work through numerous properties
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly professional and discreet
  • Experienced working in VIP households, estates or Luxury Hotels
  • Flexible and adaptable
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Leading the entire housekeeping team throughout the properties
  • Managing all the products used and ensuring that all the correct products are used on the different surfaces
  • Managing all inventories
  • Managing the housekeeping staff and maintaining training
  • Keep in constant, detailed communication with the supervisors and superintendents to ensure that all systems are consistent and at the same high standard throughout the properties
  • Managing all amenities throughout the properties
  • Ensuring that all properties are ready to receive guests at a moments notice
This is a full-time, two-year rolling contract position and a complete package including; lovely private accommodation, transport, medical and yearly flights home will be provided.
