This role will be aligned to HCM Solution Engineering in Nordics. What Youll Do Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millionsof businesses that need our help to evolve. You will -Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value of Oracle HCMLeverage HCM knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support yourcustomers desired outcomesEnsure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressedDesign, present and articulate Oracle HCM to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiencesFocus on overcoming obstaclesto achieve the customers desired outcomeStay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in HCM and modern demonstration techniquesAddress the competitive landscape and handle objectionsEnsure a smooth handover for a successful customer implementation Represent Oracle as a credible expert, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or industry eventsDrive the strategic growth of EMEA Applications through an active contribution to the SE community Required Skills/ExperienceWhat Youll Bring Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity will help us become the number one cloud company in the world.
