Job Description

Group Travel Consultant required for a well-established travel company booking holidays to destinations such as Dubai, Far East and Indian Ocean. The role requires excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible handling groupsales from reservations, quotations, seating requests and ancillaries. The role is office based in London and has a salary of up to £33,000.Group Travel Consultant responsibilities:

  • Manage all group allocations for UK and Ireland
  • Handle customer queries and after sales requests
  • Ability to form relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Ensure all forms of contact with the customer are handled efficiently to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Negotiate competitive groups pricing
  • Handle administration such as refunds and building the customer database
Travel Consultant experience required:
  • Well versed with airline products and ancillaries
  • Working knowledge of ABTA and PTR essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel and tourism qualification desirable
Additional information:
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • Salary of up to £33,000
