Job Title Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) Control Strats - Programme Manager Location London Corporate Title Vice President Within GSA, the Trading & Client Controls Team delivers platform, data and control solutions for client surveillance, trader surveillance and benchmark surveillance. To do this the team uses data science, machine learning models and a deep understanding ofthe Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC), Origination & Advisory (O&A) and Corporate Bank (CB) businesses to identify behaviour that is outside the remit of the Bank/Business, which could lead to potential fraud by the trader/sales/client or to a Compliance issue. You will be joining Deutsche Bank GSA which is a 1st line function of more than 700 people with the mandate to be a single, end-to-end quantitative analytics and model delivery function for Deutsche Bank Group. Your key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a structured programme plan with clear milestones and timelines that can be tracked and establish a governance framework to ensure clear responsibilities within and outside the team
• Report progress and escalate issues within Run the Bank (RTB) governance and Change the Bank (CTB) governance frameworks and ensure transparency in reporting and keeping stakeholders informed
• Develop and manage the programme budget, including resource allocation. Anticipate and escalate any resource needs
• Map end-to-end programme processes and workflows. Identify possible failures and define target state platform with enhanced automation and full auditability
• Ensure that all deliveries are compliant with Bank policies, including Model Risk, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Data

Your skills and experience

• Experience of trader and client surveillance controls and/or associated control functions such as Know Your Client (KYC) or Compliance
• Expertise in programme management, senior stakeholder management and setting and executing strategic change to deliver next generation controls, platform, and data
• Experience delivering innovative and quantitative solutions to solve complex problems addressing regulatory issues and business opportunities
• Educated to Bachelors degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
• Experience delivering in an agile, fast-paced environment, managing, and supporting project managers, and creating an effective, efficient change organisation across multiple teams and functions
