Our ClientOur client, an early stage, high growth tech business has developed a Social Mobile and Desktop App’ designed to disrupt a $250bn global market within the B2B2C space. Founded in 2016 by a tech entrepreneur who has successfully built and sold 3 companies, 1 of which made it to IPO. Our client has gone through two completed rounds of internal investment. They are looking to hire their Group Sales Manager.What You’ll GetThe Group Sales Manager will report into the Head of Sales and will be based in their lovely Central London offices, you can expect a basic salary of circa £38 - 42k plus commission and excellent benefits. The plan for the next 2 years is to grow a sales team of 40 plus people so there will be load of opportunity for promotion and progression.What You’ll Do As the Group Sales Manager you will be tasked with generating new business within hospitality brands who have multiple venues. You will carry a commercial sales target, the role is primarily phone based and focused on new business development, however there is a small element of Account Management. Our client has a large database of prospects, lots of warm leads and strong marketing support.What You’ll NeedThe Group Sales Manager our client wants to hire will have 2 years B2B sales experience within a Marketplace or the Hospitality industry. Your experience will at least in part be from a phone based SMB focused sales environment. There will be opportunity to meet new clients face to face as and when is required.
