The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to some of Londons most well-known attractions, so a very popular destination for all visitorsWhats involvedAs a Group Reservations Supervisor, you will be supporting and reporting to the Reservations Manager overseeing the Reservations and groups team, ensuring procedures are followed whilst maximising revenue and guest satisfaction. Youll be managing the dailyoperations, being first point of contact in assisting with enquiries to completing group bookings on to their Opera system.Ideally our client is seeking an experienced Group Reservations team leader who is looking for their first supervisory role or a Group Reservations Supervisor with proven group knowledge and preferably from a large hotel operation or perhaps from a centraloffice.
