Job Description

We arecurrently recruiting for a Group Relief Night Manager to join the team at FirmdaleHotels.Working closelywith all Night Managers and taking direction from the Group Night Manager it will be your responsibility to oversee the overnightoperation moving across our 8 London properties. You need to be confident and flexible to adaptto a variety of scenarios and situations across the breadth of the businessencompassing Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and theKitchenMain Duties

  • Responsible for the security of the hotel during the night
  • Constant monitoring of our service standards
  • Conduct regular health and safe checks
  • Deliver and maintain the exceptional levelsof customer service
  • Establish strong and professionalrelationships with guests
  • Attend and manage any incidents or accidents involving guests orstaff members
  • Operationally support all departments as needed
  • Run night audit and produce nightly reports for the senior managers
Skills
  • Previous experience as a Night Managerlevel within a 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptionalstandards
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Resilience and drive to get things right first time
  • Previous knowledge of Micros and Opera is desirable
