Job Description

We are searching for aGroup HR Manageron a part time basis. Our client is amulti-awardwinning Production Company with a stellar reputation in the Media Industry. They have multiple companies inthegroup and have expanded globally.This role will be leading the HR function, reportingtothethe Director of Operations and youll also have support from anAssistant. This is a Group HR Manager rolewhichrequires a mixture of operational delivery of HR support and strategic thinking. Youllneed a varied approach to cover both core and freelance employees.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all day to day People related operations and strategy including ER, Policy, People initiatives Freelancer management, working with recruitment suppliers and talent development
  • Work with individual department and Company heads to embed a suitable performance process
  • Leading learning and development initiatives across the business
  • Practical support on employee relations issues
  • Lead on the Diversity and Inclusion Action plan & establish relationships with diversity and inclusion partners
  • Support and champion social responsibility practices and develop relevant 3rd party partnerships
This Group MR Manager role will be a great next step if you have asolid HR Generalist background at an HR Manager level, loveworking in the Creative or Media sector and a fast paced environment. You also needexperience inadvising on the management of ERand complex employment contracting arrangements.This is a permanent part time roleideally 3-4 days per week.
