Job Description

Group Financial Reporting Manager FinTech scaleup £70-75k London Talentedge are proud to exclusively partner with this rapidly growingFinTech scaleup on their most recent finance hire, reporting directly into the CFO. Due to their extremely fast growth and further international expansion planned, this is a great timeto join the business.You will be instrumental in building out the finance function, ensuring robust processes and controls, suitable for supporting the business as they accomplish their ambitious goals. You’ll be perfect for the role if you have extremely strong technical accountingskills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for high growth tech companies!Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all accounting and reporting across the group
  • Preparation of consolidated management and statutory accounts
  • Management of international reporting including consolidation
  • Developing dashboards with the FP&A team to ensure key KPIs are accurately reported
  • Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing and that all relevant documentation is maintained and updated regularly
  • Continually and proactively work to improve and automate key processes and controls where possible
Profile:
  • Qualified accountant (preferably practice trained)
  • High growth FinTech experience, as well as having experienced best practice in a larger organisation
  • Experience working with multi currencies and preparing group consolidated accounts is ideal
  • NetSuite experience is essential
