A world leading consumer goods company are in need of a newly qualified accountant to join the Group Finance Reporting Team.The group has been through a number of acquisitions and as such are looking to up-skill their back office function.This will be a key position within the Group Accountants team, consolidating and delivering key information and key statutory reporting to the wider team and senior leaders.The successful candidate will work at the Head Office in London, working alongside the VP, Group Controller.Key responsibilities:• Providing technical accounting to the Group as part of a highly qualified finance function• Managing the stat accounts process alongside the Head of Reporting• Inputting on M&A projects from a finance perspective• Accurately prepare and deliver financial reports• Managing partner relationships with the companies’advisors and investorsWhat we are looking for:• A Professional accounting qualification, ACA, ACCA or CIMA or international equivalent.• Experience and understanding of multicurrency multinational environments.• Good written and verbal skills.• Preparation/auditing of statutory accounts.Offers include:• Flexible working policy• Competitive salary• 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays• Individual medical insuranceThis is an incredible opportunity to join a well-known business and make your mark - working closely with a variety of senior professionals and taking on a pivotal role in the team.
