Job Description

Robert Half is working with a Luxury brand who are looking for Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious Graphic Designer looking for a new business to grow and develop their Graphic Design Skill set and join a great team.Junior Graphic Designer - Luxury / Skin Care - London - HybridThey are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in beauty or luxury to elevate the brands visual identity and create compelling, high-end designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye fordetail, an innate sense of aesthetics, and a deep understanding of our target audiences preferences.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring it aligns with the companys core values and speaks to the beauty and luxury markets.
  2. Graphic Design: Create stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, and social media content.
  3. Digital Media: Design captivating visuals for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels to engage and captivate the audience.
  4. Product Packaging: Design packaging that exudes luxury, elegance, and uniqueness, while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and design.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the beauty and luxury sector, incorporating fresh ideas into your designs.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work in the beauty or luxury industry.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design.
  5. Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  8. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
