From creating cult skincare brands to original drama series, they dont interrupt things that people love, they build things people love.WHY YOURE HEREThe Middle Weight Designer role will be to interpret and implement the studios creative vision across a broad range of projects ranging from digital, social, print, and motion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility which you will comfortablyapply across all projects. A dynamic, thorough and enquiring approach will be required as the Middle Weight Designer will be called on to be involved in (and balance the needs of) a wide range of projects and executions, with timelines ranging from the immediateto the long term. Fitting in as part of a wider, creativeteam, the ability to collaborate effectively is also a must.WHAT YOURE HERE TO DO Creation of design work for a broad range of projects across print, packaging,digital and moving image. To maintain the high visual standards and assist others in maintaining thisstandard. To bring Fresh ideas and approaches, combining cultural awareness with anenquiring mind. Creation of presentations and mock-ups to present campaignideas/executions for approval. Creation of brand identities and campaign identities with associated assetsand guideline documents. From mark creation to print finishes. Creation of assets for use on our website and social media platforms. Support Head of Design with project scoping Any other duties as reasonable requested.ABOUT YOU Passionate about graphic design and typography A meticulous eye for detail In depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Experience within motion graphics and/or web design would be a bonus Collaborative but able to work independently. An appetite for learning new skills Strong articulation and presentation skills Happy to work in a fast-paced environment Proactive with studio projects and studio culture Culturally aware of industry landscape and external events Well organisedKEY SKILLS:Adobe Creative Suite. (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)Traditional typography and print skills.Key Note, Web design and Motion graphics experience is a bonus.
