Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with an international charity supporting disable people to appoint their new Grants Contracts and Compliance Manager 3 months FTC.This role focuses on grants and contracts management and reporting, working in collaboration with our clients programmes teams located across Asia and Africa, and the finance team, to produce high-quality and timely donor reporting as well as providing staff capacity building on grants management and reporting. The current portfolio includes a mix of grants and commercial contracts.In addition, this role will be responsible for monitoring and advising on donor compliance to ensure grants and contracts are implemented according to the requirements, on-track, on-time, and on-budget. You will also be the donor point of contact for live grants and contracts and liaise with donors about any reporting, requirements, questions in relation to the specific grant or contract. You will provide advice and support to programme colleagues about grant revisions, no-cost extensions, and budget realignments as well as proactively identify compliance risks throughout the live grants and contracts and advise programme colleagues and senior management on needed actions.The ideal candidate is an exceptional grants/contracts and/or programme management professional with experience in the international development sector. You will have experience of account management of institutional donors grants and commercial contracts with demonstrated understanding of and experience in six figures grants and contracts as well as experience of managing grants from DFID/FCO, USAID, EC, European donors, etc. and of working in partnerships with agencies and contractors. You will be able to manage multiple grants and contracts simultaneously and you will have a thorough understanding of donors compliance.
