We are looking for a graduate with strong literacy and mathematics skills who can provide full support to pupilsacross KS1 & KS2 classes. A graduate who is committed to ensuring that all pupils they work with receive the highest standards of teaching and support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with pupils in supporting the teacher and other academic mentors across all subjects and lessons
  • Ensure all pupils are happy and engaged in their work
  • Feeding back to the class teacher to monitor progress and any issues
  • The successful graduate must:
  • Have a degree/predicted with a 2:1 or above
  • Be passionate about education
  • Be able to inspire and motivate
  • Have high expectations for students learning achievement and behaviour
  • Be creative and approachable
