Job Description

Swedish SaaS company, venture capital backed, growing fast seeks three Graduate Sales Trainees for new UK launch. The office in the city is plush and will be the base for the UK and international operations. The company has grown in sales very fast and allsectors of the UK will be open to the new graduate trainee sales team. With offices in Stockholm and Oslo employing 30 people we are looking for similar growth this year in the UK. Therefore, the career development will be accelerated for the right people.Even in the first 3 months there will be a salary review and one of the new incumbents will be promoted to Team Leader. It is envisaged the other sales Consultants will be promoted to Senior Sales.This is a young dynamic company founded and led by an energetic CEO who has had a meteoric career and only just turned 30. This will be office based primarily on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic energy filled atmosphere in central London.As we are moving fast salary reviews will take place after just the first 3 months rather than 12. That is when on reflecting of what you have proved you can deliver you will have a salary rise to £25,000 if below sales target £30 on target or £35,000 if abovetarget. The targets will be set based upon what has already been achieved by new sales people. He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit. You will also be paid a front-loaded commission which shouldat least double your basic salary even in the first quarter. On top of that are other incentives. Then the real stars will progress into six figure incomes.Knowledge and experience in selling marketing software or IT related products will be an advantage. Not essential as full training will be given. The emphasis is on understanding needs of prospective customers who will often not be technical and want theservice explained in plain English.There are clear target markets for the companies SaaS products. It is a marketing product and a customer would need to have a budget of at least £1,000 per month to be a prospect. There is an abundance of current client testimonials saying how well thissystem has delivered for them. Any company of 25 employees up, that needs more customers would be a target. We will be focused on sectors that we know have money to spend on marketing. There will be marketing support which will be explained at interview.You will be used to a dynamic sales environment and confident that you can bring in lucrative new business and clients. Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positive attitude is a must. SaaS is one of the healthiest, mosttangible, and viable growth sectors. And our client has maintained substantial growth every month since being founded.The position will have other benefits in addition to an attractive salary, regular reviews, and generous commission, such as weekend trips to Marbella on hitting target, a pension scheme, and ad hoc prizes. This position is aimed at individuals with that entrepreneurialspirit looking to put in hard work in return for hard cash. Your background could be from any sector as long as you are highly driven and hungry to succeed!We are running an open day for suitable candidates on Saturday 5 March at 11am to 4pm in a London 4 Star hotel. The CEO is flying in for that day and there is no ability to arrange meetings any other day. You should ideally be prepared to start work immediatelyafter the interview. The day will start with a presentation on the company and an open questions session. Then there will be interviews etc and all applicants will be given the decision on the day.
