This is a Graduate Scheme designed for Graduates in Recruitment; with an amazing 12 week training programme, provided by one of the best headhunting firms in the City, they aim to give you all of the tools required to be successful in the job. You will betrained by specialist trainers, the Partners of the business and encouraged to collaborate with the team around you.With a base salary of £28,000, and OTE of between £40k - £50k in your first year alone, you will be on the path to financial success extremely quickly.With all Recruitment aspects covered youll learn how to headhunt, pitch to candidates, negotiate well, write profiles on candidates, learn about the companies and clients and how to run the entire process.With a fun and supportive culture this is a safe place to learn, providing a strong social scene, professional and impressive colleagues around you, youll also be on a fast track to progress quickly and aim for future leadership roles.Within your first year youll earn between £40k - £50k.
