Job Description

The aim is recruit the traders of tomorrow, particularly in London and the Middle East. There are not a huge number of graduates and interns compared to larger companies therefore the successful candidate wont be someone with solely recruitment experience.There will be strategic aspects for this role.I have called this role a "Manager" but as its a brand new position, there is some flexibility in title and budget. The target base salary is up to £90 000 but for the right candidate, this firm are known to go further.Alternative Asset Managers are all going back to 5 days a week in the office and this firm is no exception. Pre Covid flexibility rules apply! Office hours are 0830 - 6pm.This is a very high calibre job and the right candidate with the right attitude could genuinely take their career to the next level in terms of salary and high level exposure. This is not an easy job though. A good attitude goes a very long way.The Role

  • Own Graduate Recruitment
  • Supervise graduates and interns in their rotations around various parts of the business.
  • Assist with general recruitment during busy periods.
  • Deputise the Head of Talent when required
  • Take part in Ad - Hoc HR projects as and when you are the best resource for the role.
The Candidate
  • Must have solid years of graduate recruitment experience ideally in Start Up Fin Tech environment. Candidates would also be considered from other Asset Management firms as long as they are not just Graduate Recruiters.
  • Must be willing to perform tasks other than Graduate Recruitment / Development
  • Good academics are an advantage.
  • Candidates must have a flexible attitude.
