Our writtencontent is widely shared across social, from sharp and incisive news coverage through to longreads and feature content, and of course the institution that is the company Friday Pub Quiz.We are looking for a bright, determined, and enthusiastic Runner to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities will include the following:

• Taking orders for meals and refreshments on location and studio shoots for talent and crew.
• Running errands for the production office including runs to the post office or other suppliers.
• Booking travel and accommodation for location-based shoots or guests. coming into the studio - as and when required.
• Managing a Production float/ Petty cash on shoots.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the set, keeping it clean and tidy.
• Assist the Studio Management team in relation to the maintenance of the Kit and equipment on a regular basis.
• Help in preparation of the set for filming and organising any additional equipment needed.
• Looking after studio guests and keeping the Green Room Tidy.
• Fetch and carry items, such as equipment, tapes, cable, and scripts.
• Maintain and Hire props.
• Photocopying and general administrative work.
• Help crew set up a location for a shoot.
• Prepare and hand out tea, coffee for talent and on-screen guests.
• Transcribe production tapes (As and when required).
• Undertake basic research from time to time.
• Keeping track of wardrobe purchases and ensuring they are maintained.
• Basic subtitling from time to time.

Who Fits The Bill:

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in media or a related subject.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hungry and keen to develop a career in the news and publishing world.
• An avid user of digital media and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends.
• Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment in a growing company.
