A platform-enabled, secure network and digital infrastructure provider trusted by some of Australias biggest brands to deliver them the future now, meeting the ever-changing needs of theirmarkets, and our world.What is the roleReporting to the Managed Services Manager, this London based role will provide career progression opportunities for InfraSecures Cyber security analysts, including: Security Analytics, Security Assurance and Testing, Security Consultingand Security Architecture. The role includes 4-6 weeks of internal training, covering internal process, and preparation for industry standard vendor certifications. Orro also offers the future opportunity to relocate to our Australian head office, to workand train directly with the Australian team.Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support the Managed Services Manager in the delivery of security services to our domestic and global clients
• Undertake managed security services tasks in accordance with managed services procedures and practices to meet defined customer Service Level Agreements;
• Work within the managed services team to perform ongoing operations, administration and development of security systems including:
  • Security log and event management systems
  • Data analytics systems
  • Security detection, response and alerting systems
  • Network, server and system availability and performance monitoring
• Develop and document new configurations, modules, software and integrations supporting both managed security processes and systems
• Maintain or gain technical proficiency with common IT tools, applications and environments, including automation, systems administration, cloud infrastructure and application environments

Successful applicants will have some of the following experience and/or knowledge:

• Linux use and administration
• Scripting in Python, Bash / Unix tools
• Web application development (any languages)
• Networking routing, diagnostics and firewalls
• Vulnerability discovery, scanning, testing
• Log analysis and SIEM
• Web server and desktop security solutions - e.g. WAF, RASP, EDR

Highly desirable skills and attributes which will set you apart from other applicants:

• Knowledge of Ansible, Jenkins/CI or similar
• Product knowledge/experience with any of Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, Azure, AWS, ELK, Palo Alto
• Reliability / Maturity
• Strong attention to detail
