About Our Client:Our client, a leading executive search firm situated in Central London, is seeking a talented individual for the role of French Speaking Executive Search. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, they are particularly interested in candidates who have graduatedfrom a Top 20 University, reflecting their dedication to attracting the best and brightest talent.Position Overview:As a French Speaking Executive Search professional, you will be at the forefront of identifying and connecting with high-caliber candidates. Your linguistic skills will play a crucial role in establishing relationships with both clients and candidates, contributingto the firms success in executive recruitment.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates, with a focus on individuals from Top 20 Universities.
  • Utilise your linguistic proficiency to engage with candidates effectively, showcasing excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique executive search requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to successful candidate placement.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise and implement effective executive search strategies.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate from a Top 20 University is preferred.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling the building of strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in executive search.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status).
