Job Description

Graduate EIA ConsultantLocation: LondonSalary: £25,000My client is an established multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy who pride themselves on their dedication to working towards a more sustainable environment. They specialise within the property and infrastructure markets and most of their project portfoliofalls within the environmental, planning and sustainability sector! They have an opening for a Graduate EIA Consultant to assist various teams including Air Quality, Acoustics, Ecology, Hydrology and others in their wide project portfolio which boats HS2,Crossrail, iconic large-scale property developments & urban regeneration schemes.Requirements:Candidates should be educated to degree (BSc/MSc) level in Environmental Management /Science/ Planning and should have some understanding of the Environmental Impact Assessments process.You should have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills; it is also essential that you are enthusiastic and keen to assist my client in their goals towards a more sustainable future.As the newest member of the team, you will work closely with other internal teams (EIA, Air Quality, Construction) as well as undertaking commercial work with external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. You willhave the chance to take responsibility for projects and teams.Daily duties will include:

  • Environmental assessment and appraisals.
  • Report writing.
  • Provide general support across a range of sectors and services.
  • Continued professional development.
  • Development of new business with colleague support.
