They aim to become a leading omni-channel igaming operator in Africa and expand the brand across the continent.The JobAs a Business Manager you will support the growth, operationalise business processes and manage strategic initiatives.Reporting to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build and develop commercial knowledge working in a start-up environment where you can have a genuine impact on internal and external business processes. Taking responsibility for strategic initiatives including researching growth opportunities, improving operational processes, researching and making suggestions to support decision making. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Review, design, and execute on improvements to organisational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivityThe team work 5 days in the Fitzrovia office.Candidate Requirements Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills. Experience engaging with senior leaderships teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, gain insight and create commercial suggestions and present these to a business. Excellent project management skills with proven experience managing end to end projects involving multiple departments & senior stakeholders. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. High levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to resolve constructive conflicts. An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to launch projects and fill in knowledge gaps along the way. Strong demonstrated management and leadership skills including ability to operationalize strategic plans Detail oriented, professional demeanour, strong organization and programme management skills Spoken French is great advantage
