The Role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be:
  • Using all forms of social media to source candidates and client leads
  • Headhunting and talking to prospective candidates
  • Face-to-face and video interviews with candidates
  • Development and training in sales
