Were focused on continuously innovating our investment products, maintaining our reputation as expertsacross all asset classes, and striving to build a more responsible and sustainable future Job DescriptionThe Guideline, Management & Control (GMC) is comprised of 3 departments: GMC Guidelines, GMC Monitoring and GMC Coding. These departments are instrumental to LGIMs investment governance and oversight processes. They collectively play a key role in definingfirm wide standards, independent of geographic location and covering all investment strategies of LGIM and LGIMA. The Guideline function within GMC is responsible for drafting client guidelines which are then used for the origination and capturing of eachclients requirements on a central database. The requirements are coded, where possible, into LGIMs Global Trade compliance platform (provided by Charles River Development) by GMC Coding team and where not possible, off-platform controls are created instead.
