We’re looking for a dynamic, confident individual to join a global company at the forefront of maritime, aviation, government and enterprise satellite communications as an elite technical support specialist. Working in a small, collaborative team, you willact as the secondary and, on occasion, lead point of contact for end-users, manufacturers, service providers and distribution partners, as well as internal departments within the company. The role primarily involves identifying, sourcing and implementing solutionsrelating to the company’s suite of products and services, which includes user terminals, user set up, network and application-based calls and enquires.Ideally, you will need an understanding of Linux scripting and have grown you networking knowledge both academically and practically across a range of communications and technology. What makes you different is the passion and drive you demonstrate in takinga customers issues through to completion, exceeding expectations along the way.
