Job Description

The team provides gold-standard prescribing and treatment management data and insights across 30+ disease areas across 30+ markets worldwide.If you are passionate about understanding the healthcare world and enabling clients to make confident business decisions. This is your opportunity to bring your expertise in Oncology, Virology, Rare Diseases, Respiratory, Cardiovascular and Autoimmune to the team. You’ll be the driving force in winning new business and leading the team in delivering outstanding quality to our clients that has a tangible impact on their business decisions.The role…You’ll work across Oncology, Global Disease Monitors and Autoimmune to drive businessWhat will I be doing

  • You’ll identify key opportunities for the syndication of new studies outside what we are currently running, & ensure we have the right number of clients on board per monitor to maximize profitability and efficiency
  • You’ll be expected to set up meetings and attend meetings along with subject matter experts
  • And then action on these opportunities
  • Driving the targeting of clients at all levels and using existing relationships / resources most effectively
  • At a local level, ensuring that we are pricing and positioning these studies correctly
  • Driving the follow-up to deliver the sale
  • You’ll be working closely with the business heads to ensure we are delivering on what we promise our clients
  • You’ll work effectively across teams and with the Key Account contacts both overall for Healthcare and within Syndicated
  • You’ll also work effectively with the Centres of Excellence to ensure we are always bringing the best of Ipsos to our clients

  • We are recruiting a research director with the following skills and experience
  • Substantial relevant healthcare experience
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Ability to think innovatively to create new offerings
  • Ability to translate clients’ business needs into effective solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Market Research Approaches - including quant, qual, syndicated, passive
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt offerings for different local nuances
  • Strong knowledge of specific therapy areas a plus (autoimmune, Oncology)
  • Knowledge and experience with promotional research approaches
  • Overall expert understanding of healthcare market from clinical development through commercialization and lifecycle management
