SO, WHAT’S THE STORY Back in 2018 we implemented a Total Reward Framework, servicing a privately owned business with 1,600 employees. DMs growth has been extraordinary and today we are a far more complex listed business. With 3,500 employeesin 20 countries, we’re on a journey of enormous transformation and change; not least in the Reward team. THE GIG Reporting to the Global Reward Manager, youll play a key role in our Total Reward journey. Your playground will span Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, and Analytics – with no two days the same. Picture this: one moment youre providinganalysis, the next youre crafting and refining our reward tools and processes. You’ll dive into projects, shape the future reward strategy, and keep us ahead of market trends – all while making a real impact with your expertise. As our Global Reward Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Providing compensation and benefits analytics and reporting
  • Working with key market data providers such as WTW, Mercer and Korn Ferry.
  • Collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, educating others on the benefits of solid reward principles
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Highly numerate, with advanced MS Excel skills, able to make sound recommendations based on market data analysis
  • A proven track record in a Total Reward team, comfortable benchmarking roles with limited supervision and experienced at working with leading data providers
  • Global matrixed environment No problem. Youve got experience coupled with stellar communication and stakeholder management skills.
