Job Description

Your Mission:

  • Lead contact for each market on how to optimally operate the stores.
  • Create update and maintain the Company Handbook with global store policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyse monthly operational and overhead expenses to strategize areas to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Set yearly OPEX budget, manage and review monthly with regions.
  • Annual Uniform review and order placement for stores globally.
  • Project manage store related IT tools, training, and support with roll out - POS systems, in store apps, Distance payment tools.
  • Partner with Store Planning and Retail Leadership teams to function as project manager for all store openings and renovations.
  • Maximize the business potential of the store and sales in line with company strategy.
  • Maximize the business potential of the store ensuring the good operational functions of all tools to facilitate transactions, deliveries are in line, processes are clear and efficient for the store teams.
  • Partner with Inventory to ensure processes to reduce shrink and account for accurate on hand product availability.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritising the business needs of the stores. Working closely with the regional Operations Managers.
  • Responsible for any Ad-hoc projects assigned by the line manager, or ad-hoc business needs.
  • Accountable for operational business performance and maintaining high standards of service, training, and development.
  • Assisting on the After Sales process.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Project management skills and the proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • The successful candidate will work with cross functional stakeholders including IT, Security, Inventory, Retail Excellence, Store Planning, CRM, Finance, Logistics, After Sales, Facilities, ECOMM and H&S across EMEA, APAC, JAPAN and AMER.
  • Facilitate communication with IT teams and Ecom external partners (Farfetch).
  • Partner third parties and logistic on warehousing, deliveries, shipping, processes.
