Job Description

An established software company is looking for a global mobility specialist to join them on a 12 month contract ONLY.An established software company is looking for a global mobility specialist to join them on a 12 month contract ONLY.The client is looking for someone who has 4-5 years experience in mobility, working into EMEA and is confident with relocation, immigration and tax. Location is either Maidenhead (preferred) or London.Hybrid working.KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Advise HR business partners, talent partners and hiring managers on the immigration needs of prospective candidates and current employees
  • Serve as the single point of contact for global HR business partners, talent partners and hiring managers
  • Liaise with stakeholders on immigration and relocation inquiries work with clients global mobility program owners in immigration, tax and relocation to coordinate the delivery of mobility services.
  • Create cost projections for assignments and permanent transfers by working with relocation management firm, expatriate tax firm.
  • Work on assignment tax matters with the clients tax partner and serve as primary contact for employees on basic tax questions relating to mobility.
KEY SKILLS
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a global mobility role Must possess a strong understanding of the complexities of global mobility that touches EMEA.
  • Solid understanding of international HR, international compensation and benefits, tax and EMEA immigration practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity and dependability.
  • Knowledge of expatriate payroll, tax and benefit management preferred
  • Must possess the ability to understand the downstream HR, financial, systems and customer service implications of actions taken.
