Global Head of Email Marketing | LONDON or AMSTERDAM£70,000 - £90,000A leading Fintech business that is growing rapidly are looking for a Global Head of Email Marketing to join their digital function.** This role can either be based in LONDON or AMSTERDAM **This is a new role in a young and vibrant business - so you will have full autonomy over the Email marketing strategy for the organisation. You will work closely with the developers, creative team and also the digital function.You will manage a team of 5 Email Campaign Managers- so previous management experience is a must.Responsibilities·Develop and implement a world class email channel strategy that delivers against company OKRs and business goals·Manage a team of 5 Email Campaign Managers - setting goals and objectives for the team·Oversee the development and maintenance of the CRM database and email automation platform·Work with senior stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with the global email marketing strategy and results·Work closely with the product team to achieve the acquisition, activation and retention goals, whilst creating an email strategy to support each teams ambitions·Work with the tech team to ensure the infrastructure is in place to send high volume emails across multiple regionsRequirements·8+ years experience in Email Marketing and running data driven campaigns·Ideally educated to degree level·Experience using multiple ESPs and automation tools·Experience managing high performing teams·Solid history in generating lead conversions from email marketingBeing a growing Fintech business that are doing fantastically well, there are some pretty cool benefits that come with this role!This job ad was posted by Salt.
