Job Description

Global Head of Collections - Real Estate IndustrySalary: £100,000 - £120,000 + bonusLocation: Central LondonHybrid: FlexibleWe are partnering with a global leader who are at the forefront of their sector, employing thousands of people across over 110+ countries.Running a large team across 4 international divisions, you will be improving processes and setting up processes to improve cash flow across the business to reduce overall debt.Main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership to a global credit control team of 150+ people.
  • Improve processes and mechanisms across the business
  • Implement clear targets to help drive cashflow and performance
  • Have experience in ensuring processes are compliant with regional policies
  • Experienced leader used to managing large teams
  • Delivering strong performance across the credit function
  • Forward and structured thinker
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have previous recent experience managing large global credit control teams and will have helped streamline and improve current processes.
