Global FTP Head and EMEA Treasury lead The Global FTP Head and EMEA Treasury lead is a dual responsibility position that has global accountability for the Funds Transfer Pricing ecosystem and a regional accountability for all Treasury Technology initiatives in EMEA. The Global FTP Head will own and manage technology assets that automate Citis firm-wide Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) processes and their constituent functions. This is a senior seasoned leader who will manage multiple teams of professionals through other seniormanagers, define the technology vision and strategy for critical FTP functions that have a direct bearing on business profitability measurement, secure the funding and sponsorship for implementing the tech vision and build an organization to execute the techstrategy. The job requires an in-depth knowledge of industry trends in this space; a broad spectrum understanding of Financial Resource Management (FRM), the interconnections between FTP, IRR, Liquidity, Product Profitability and the role of FTP in Balancesheet optimization. The Global FTP head is expected to directly represent the FTP technology trajectory with the firms regulators. The individual develops multi-year plans and executes functional strategies for global implementations requiring complex integrationacross sector ecosystems. The job entails Full management responsibility of multiple teams, budgets and plans, including the authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on matters having critical impact on the technology arc of Treasury Funds TransferPricing. The EMEA Treasury leadership is a key management responsibility in the region that is expected to set the broad direction for Treasury technology in EMEA. The candidate will be required to apply oversight on the comprehensive set of Technology initiative supportingEMEA Treasury in its day-to-day operations and regulatory filings. As the Lead for EMEA Treasury the person is expected to represent Treasury technology at the regional ALCO (Asset Liability Committee), partner with the Treasury GPO and the regional transformationoffice and steer the Treasury technology transformation in EMEA to its target state.
