Job Description

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support Human Resources Global Employee Relations. This role will support process and procedure development for Employee Relations in several countries, including the united Kingdom, India, the Philippinesand Hong Kong. The role will document process, identify and implement opportunities for improvement to process, and ensure procedure and other related documents are kept up to date. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operation support activities to ensure operational business success
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause identification of problems and applicable solutions
  • Determine areas of strength or opportunity within defined scope of work and work to apply knowledge gained
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business through improved processes and procedures
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior process improvement experience
  • Ability to root cause problems and identify creative solution
  • Build strong working relationships and influence without authority
