Joining us now will feel like a roller coaster at times, but youll be close to the action, youllknow whats going on and life will never be dull.OverviewTo develop and create all global Content initiatives, through thoughtful storytelling, strategy, planning and governance across multiple platforms to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behaviour.Strategy and Execution

  • Create and implement innovative global Content strategies for new product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Create a Content strategy that supports, extends, and amplifies marketing and communications initiatives cross channel.
  • Research, identify and implement content for new digital customer acquisition opportunities ensuring Content is relatable to the audience.
  • Identify opportunities to turn consumers into loyal brand advocates and generate new ideas to drive the conversation.
  • Ensure the Content delivers a user-friendly experience and increased traffic to digital channels.
  • Drive creativity, innovation, and disruption through Content.
  • Define KPIs to measure content performance including reach, engagement, conversion and strengthening the market position of the brands.
Planning and Development
  • Manage Content planning and creation for our global social channels. You plan social content and ensure it reflects the brands tone of voice, adapted to each channel and customer.
  • Seek and leverage global market data to develop content themes/topics.
  • To develop and manage CRM strategy along with the Digital Marketing Manager to hit digital customer retention expectations.
  • Work closely with Brand and Design teams to ensure all creative and branding initiatives follow brand guidelines and provide a consistent message across channels.
  • Act as a steward of the brands ensuring quality and cohesiveness across all content development.
  • Create and manage the content from initial brief to production, copy writing, sign off and launch.
  • Evaluate and develop Content processes and procedures to optimise efficiency.
  • Plan mid to long term but continuously review short term opportunities to capture tactical opportunities.
  • Understand global drivers and trends that influence content, ensuring KMI Brands stays ahead in engaging with audiences and representing our portfolio.
  • Recommend, deploy, assess, and refine changes to improve Content performance.
  • Proactively seek out and test new channels and Content formats.
Reporting
  • Continually use and interpret data to measure, understand results, inform decision making, strategy development and action.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform and educate, ensuring KMI Brands Content is best in class and insight driven.
P&L Responsibility
  • Ownership of all annual Content budgets and reviewing against forecast and delivery of objectives.
  • Consistently evaluate and provide recommendations for spend and / or cost savings based on short, medium- and long-term strategy.
Third party management
  • Select, negotiate, and liaise with third party suppliers in relation to Content.
  • Continuously review all KMI Brands Content suppliers and identify opportunities to consolidate and drive value and output.
