Job DescriptionThis is a Global Business Director role working on one of our most high profile clients, Meta.The position will concentrate on the BPM business within Meta, namely the family of Meta apps: Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook MessengerThis role is the senior client contact on the account, overseeing delivery of campaigns on the account from a leadership perspective.Our client appreciate someone who can think on their feet, make sound recommendations for both brand building and tactical campaigns and who has an appetite for experimentation and innovation. Someone that has a thorough understanding of the category, audiencesand challenges faced.You will be reporting to the Global Client Lead who will provide high-level guidance and expect you to effectively manage day-to-day operations.Responsibilities
  • Multi-market and multi-channel strategic leadership
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders in Spark Foundry as well as local market leads
  • Liaise with the global CMO and brand marketing stakeholders
  • Manage three global direct reports
  • Manage and oversee local teams across Europe, APAC, the Publicis Media Content Practice team, the Data and Analytics / Research team and work very closely with the Head of Strategy
  • Ensure team is delivering to objectives and offering mentorship and development to team members
  • Work with the CFO to lead contractual / commercial negotiations
  • Lead network management, governance, process management and budgets for the client
Qualifications
  • Media planning or creative agency experience
  • Excellent client servicing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience working with senior leaders
  • Previous experience working with fast-paced business/accounts
  • Either local or international experience
  • Digitally proficient / very strong knowledge of the media landscape across online and offline channels
  • Experience in onboarding new clients or implementing new processes would be advantageous
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially and continuously look for opportunities for our clients
