Job Description

I am recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Global Brand Manager to join a worldwide and market leading haircare manufacturing company. Based in central London, with some travel.As the Global Brand Manager, you will be a key member within the global marketing team, who will focus on the go to market of all launches both off and online. In this position you will be responsible for the campaigns, launch dossiers of all NPD and end-to-endfor one Limited Edition; coordination with Regions, (EMEA, APAC US and Ecommerce), driving global brand consistency.JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of specified category on a worldwide basis
  • Lead the understanding, analysis and documentation of competitor activity to ensure competitor understanding is front and central in our planning and activation
  • Responsible for all go to market launch dossiers, delivering global brand consistency and the strategic framework for local market execution for all NPD launches
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate internal cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Collaboration with NPD Marketing and Insights team, throughout the stage gate process. Input into consumer insights, product concept, claims, name and design
  • Build campaign concepts based on category knowledge, market intelligence and trend
  • Build campaign briefs and co-ordinate all cross-functional accountabilities, driving brand consistency, prioritising the customer journey
  • Manage campaign shoot and deliverables, including external partners
  • Design, develop and deploy the go to market launch dossiers in line with marketing calendar
  • Responsible for full end-to-end for one Limited Edition
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Regions and departments
  • Interpretation of relevant trends to build campaign concepts, themes, colour, collection name proposals that align to brand vision, values and attitude.
  • In collaboration with internal teams, demonstrate the commercial opportunity and sales potential
  • Work in collaboration with CMF and packaging design teams, from brief concepts to final artwork
  • Post launch analysis.
  • Digitally native approach, key collaboration with social media Team and Digital.
  • Developed understanding of social media networks / channels and how to maximise opportunity.
  • Global brand guardian; website, CRM and social
  • Sharing of best practise to maximise on launch potential and local market activation
  • Strong understanding our target consumers culture, fashion and hair trends.
The successful candidate should have:
  • Marketing qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable global brand management experience, (3+ years), strong preference to beauty industry.
  • Strong creative skills and affinity with premium/luxury, beauty, and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an inclusive mindset.
  • Team player, with a positive mindset.
  • High resilience thrives on creating positive change.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel.
