You will be joining the Anti Financial-Bribery and Corruption (AFBC) team who are responsible for defining and managing the technology architecture to help the Bank mitigate its fraud, bribery, and corruption risks. You will ensure AFBC function has the toolsand systems to deliver on its risk management and oversight responsibilities. Your key responsibilities

• Assist with the communication and collaboration between AFBC and the Compliance and AFC Technology team
• Maintain the documentation that defines AFBCs functional business requirements, as well as all data and testing requirements
• Support the implementation and testing of all technology that supports the AFBC function from a functional/ business perspective
• Aid the AFBC functions Data Steward to ensure that AFBC operates in line with the Global AFC Data Operating Model and the Banks Enterprise Data Strategy
• Assist with overseeing and managing system changes and enhancements to AFBCs technology landscape on an ongoing basis

Your skills and experience

• Experience in supporting the delivery of technology change from a product/functional owner perspective
• Support the liaison with regulators and monitors from a technology perspective for financial services
• Highly proactive and motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet competing and changing deadlines
• Involvement in delivering tactical and strategic Anti-Bribery & Corruption analytical solutions / programmes for end-users, and of working with change teams
• Good knowledge of agile development methodologies, bribery, corruption laws and associated risks
