Job Description

An exciting role has arisen for a talented German speaker to join a successful innovative furniture manufacturer. This organisation is seeking a skilled bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and friendly team! Are you looking fora new and exciting challenge where you can utilise your language skills and develop your career If the answer is yes, then look no further!Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling B2B customer enquiries via email, phone and LiveChat
  • Providing product information and managing orders
  • Dealing with sales administration: client quotations, order invoices and payments
  • Assisting the marketing team by proofreading and translating website content into German occasionally
About you:In order to succeed in this role it is essential for you to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker with customer service experience to get involved ina friendly, creative, outgoing team! You will have the chance to progress within the company and develop your skill set.Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a customer/client services or sales administration role
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft programs
  • Great communication and organisational skills
