German Digital Trading ManagerSkills - Ecommerce Trading, Web Trading, Digital Trading, Online Trading, Web Merchandising, multi-Channel Sales, SEO, Budget, web analytics, MVT / AB testing, Google Analytics, German, English, Bi-lingual Location - Remote (UK London / Midlands or Germany Hallbergmoos, Munich)£50000 - 60000 plus benefits + BonusWe are looking for an experienced German Digital Trading Manager / Online Trading Manager for a well-known global ecommerce brand that is undergoing exciting growth and transformation phase. The German Digital Trading Manager will lead the trading strategy to drive sales and profit for my clients German Market through both B2C and B2B channels. You will be accountable for the digital revenue and profit target and the aggressive year on year growth.My client offers a Remote working environment and is happy to look at German speaking candidates in either Germany or the UK, so long as you have experience of the German Market place. As a Bilingual German / English Speaking digital Trading manager youll own, deliver and manage all digital trading for the German market to ensure achieve sales and margin targets. Youll Analyse trading performance and merchandising processes, identifyingimprovements and implementing changes as required.What were looking for:

  • At least five years experience in eCommerce / Digital Trading
  • Ideally German Marketplace experience (but not essential)
  • Detailed understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent Google analytics knowledge.
  • A commercial focus.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in the development and delivery of complex strategies.
  • Fluent / Bi-Lingual in both German and English languages (sprechen sie Deutsch)
