Job Description

We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Assistant to speak both German and English.*This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the UK or Europe. Training Can also be performed remotely**Please note that the role will eventually be based in the UK offices in London*Main Purpose of role:

  • Responding to English and German emails, answering English and German calls,
  • Dealing with customer quires on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English.
  • To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting the clients customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German.
  • You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat.
    • The Multilingual Consultant will report into the German Team Leader.Salary: £21,000 per annum + Bonus (£22, 800 OTE) (£10.10 per hour paid weekly for the first 12 weeeks then switch to monthly salary)Location: Main Office is in London but remote working throughout UK and Europe available for this position.Hours: 40 paid hours per week.Shifts: Monday - Sunday, 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern. Weekdays: 0700 - 1530, 0900 - 1730, 1130 - 2000, Weekends: 0900 - 1700
