Job Description

My leading investment banking client are looking to bring on a FX PMO Lead to support a large IT trransformation project within their FX Options and Precious metal business.Candidates should have:

  • Experience of large IT project in Capitals Market is a must (FX Options would be desirable)
  • Experience performing project management role on complex projects
  • Experience in working with multiples stakeholders internationally
  • Experience of improving and, if/when necessary, building monitoring and reporting tools and KPI to monitor program status, planning and budget.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to define pragmatic KPIs to monitor the efficiency of the project.
  • Ability to maintain the project roadmap and identify the dependencies across the various tasks within and outside the project.
  • Ability to implement change and improve processes in a sometimes resistant environment
  • Experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
