  • Settlement of Desk and Client driven FX transactions
  • Confirmation of FX transactions
  • Processing of any transactions that require manual intervention
  • Monitoring of operational systems for any errors and exceptions
  • Providing support to Internal and external client queries, often urgent and high priority
  • Oversight of associated Breaks, investigations and other controls within the framework
  • Production of reporting and associated MI
Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all HINV UK FX Operations controls processes via systems controls and checklist
  • Investigation, oversight and resolution of HINV UK FX Operations related Nostro breaks
  • Ownership and accountability for ensuring the Reconciliation status is kept up to date
  • Oversight and resolution of the HINV FX payment returns process
  • Production of daily MI in relation to all HINF UK FX control data
  • Daily liaison with internal and external HINV FX Operations clients
  • Work closely with HINV FX Operations team on any control related matters
RequirementsSkills:
  • Be able to pick up new systems, processes and workload quickly and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
