As part of the global growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer in the PGIM Investments LegalTeam, primarily supporting our Irish UCITS umbrella fund. With over 30 sub-funds and registrations in over 15 countries, this is a dynamic fund range at the heart of PGIM Investments distribution. Our RolePGIM Investments is looking to hire a Fund Onboarding and Market Documentation Manager as a fixed term contract to ensure successful and efficient operational readiness with respect to product and regulatory change. Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of custody documentation for all funds ranges, UCITS, QIF, and ALTS, including fund setups, amending markets and updating documentation to meet regulatory and local requirements.
  • Management and oversight of the custodian to ensure SLAs and KPIs are delivered.
  • Custody Reporting - completing scheduled reports to meet market and internal control requirements.
  • Establish best practice for custody market documentation, creation of processes and controls.
  • Applications for and maintenance of fund identifiers and tax codes, including but not exhaustive, LEIs, GINNs, WKN, ISINs, Sedols and Valoren.
  • Support other aspects of operational product implementation and regulatory implementation as required, including the maintenance of internal databases.
  • Interface and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including product specialists and control, compliance, legal, risk, and affiliates.
Experience & Skills
  • Experience in Investment Management and/or financial services sector within a back office or reporting role.
  • Background in Product Implementation, Fund Onboarding or Custody Markets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to the highest standards and levels of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and ability to pre-empt deliverables; enthusiastic and self-starter.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and awareness of risks and how to mitigate them.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
