Job Description

The Role:To manage the Fund Manager Marketing Diary ensuring smooth running of client service activities across UK and International markets. Manage the scheduling of meetings between the Investment Teams and Retail Clients (UK & International) from start to finish. Key Work Level Accountabilities: Experienced Colleague:

  • For team leaders, accountable for ensuring the team the role supports is delivering a quality service or product
  • Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems
  • Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them
  • Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations
Key Responsibilities for this role:
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&Gs operational risk.
  • Co-ordinate client meetings/roadshows/conference calls/events with various sales teams across the channels
  • Proactively manage diaries and find alternatives if there is conflict
  • Manage client meeting/event requests on Salesforce and process them effectively to secure a date/time
  • Own and maintain documents on Salesforce application, tracking each event request as it comes into the diary
  • Quality check all requests submitted via Salesforce prior to submission for approval
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated with new presenters and Fund codes
  • Monitor presentation deadlines & communicate any issues to relevant sales team
  • Accurate event/roadshow travel booking (flights/trains/hotels/taxis) on behalf of Fund Managers, Specialists and investment teams & providing them with full travel pack including itinerary
  • Printing and binding of material for client meetings (international meetings in London office)
  • Provide presentation slides to FMs and IDs 1 day ahead of meetings and events
  • Effective and accurate inbox management of the FMMD
  • Create and quality check itineraries prior to handing out to FMs/IDs ahead of event

  • Ability to manipulate data in excel and produce data for reports
