A highly organised, confident, experienced Executive Assistant looking to progress into an operational / Chief of Staff role longer term is required to join an exciting start up specialising in medical technology/AI within the rare diseases sector. Establishedover a year ago, this role is fully remote and part time offering a huge amount of flexibility and a fantastic work life balance!Salary range is £45,000 - £50,000 pro rata depending on your experience and hours. You will ideally be available each morning for the briefing from 9am - 9.30pm and then flexible work morning hours around your joint schedules/meetings/travel plans from Monday- Friday (essentially a 3 day role), this may increase over time as the role becomes busier and the company expands.You will report into very encouraging, professional Chief of Staff and also support the CEO/Founder with full EA duties along with shaping the role, being the main contact for the virtual London office and eventually developing your role so the COS can focuson business development and expanding the investor portfolio. Any previous investor relations experience would be beneficial along with the ability to rapport build and act on behalf of the COS in her absence.The company culture is open and collaborative and you will also receive equity as an incentive to really help the business thrive and add value. The role is completely virtual for now however offices are based in Wrexham and Cambridge, you will need to beflexible should you be required to travel upon occasion to London for team / investor meetings.Key duties:
