Job Description

Front-end Tech Lead | ContractOutside IR35, 6 Month DurationPaying in the region of £600 per day Remote working from either UK or GermanyECOM are currently working in partnership with a leading digital agency based in central London who are looking for an experienced, highly-skilled Technology Lead to join the team on a long term contract basis to work on a transformation project for oneof their biggest clients in the region. The task will be to consolidate hundreds of disparate properties across a number of markets to create one master, global .com experience that can scale across markets. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individualwith deep expertise in frontend web technologies, design, Adobe AEM and the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of products.Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and cutting-edge web experiences on the Adobe AEM platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Designers, UX professionals, Business Analysts and stakeholders to turn designs and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web experiences.
  • Advise and collaborate with client internal teams and other partners on SDLC and the overall program to ensure its success
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in frontend web development, with a focus on React, Vue, or equivalent technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Adobe AEM and the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing frontend development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Designers and proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is required.
  • Professional certification in AEM nice to have.
