Reed in Partnership is a public service providerspecialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth servicesReed in Partnership are creating a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to be used across their entire businessthis is a large project writing a new application from scratch, to be used by thousands of users once released live.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Business Systems, you will develop robust software solutions to meet the business requirements. You will be working with a small team architecting and implementing the web-based front end for the application.Your main duties will include. Fully integrate within the Agile development framework, working collaboratively with Business Analysts, Development team, Quality Assurance team, Project Manager, and Project Owner. Ensure Reed In Partnership system security is at the specified level and that any new features or components adhere to best practice in this area. Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. Aware of business issues as they impact overall development plans. Excellent use of written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. Analyse problems or issues and provide practical high quality IT solutions. Share lessons learned with team colleagues. Bring forward ideas to help the team be more efficient by different ways of working. Support the life cycle of the project where required. You will be involved in testing and being present during out of hour deployments. You will take ownership of assigned tasks and take responsibility for keeping the Head of Business Systems and project teams updated on progress and escalating where appropriate. You will work to established Agile practices using Reed In Partnership approved code management tools and document all solutions in a clear and concise manner to ensure work can be picked up by other team members where necessary. You will drive innovation and best practices in designing a modern web-based CRM.This is not an exhaustive list and as such you will be expected to carry out any other duties as may be specified by the manager from time to time. This profile is non-contractual.Technical SkillsTechnical Stack

• In depth knowledge of JavaScriptspecifically Component-based React
• Experience of using Redux
• Use of REST API to communicate with the back-end services
• Experience of creating apps for Cloud technologiesideally Azure
• UX / UI experience
