They provide innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients and with their dedication to excellence, they are expanding their team and seekinga dynamic and enthusiastic French speaker to join them on their journey of innovation and growth.Position Overview: As a French-speaking Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering pre and post-sales technical support to valued clients. This position is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote work and office presence, with occasionalinternational travel to France required. If you have a background in RF-based technologies, especially in Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals, and possess essential 2-way radio experience, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, both pre and post-sales, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product and solution adoption within the French-speaking market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental RF principles and technology.
  • Background in RF-based technologies, such as Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals.
  • Experience with 2-way radios is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to travel to France for client meetings and support (when required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office work effectively.
