Job Description

This vacancy is a phenomenal opportunity for a French speaking PA to engage with one of the most respected firms within the banking and finance sector in Europe. You will be joining the firm on a temporary 4 month maternity cover contract, starting at the end of May.You will be delivering exceptional day to day administrative support to the General Manager and assisting with various tasks to the CBT and PSD teams when needed. You will be contributing in all aspects of administrative duties and play an important part in helping the company to achieve its goals by running the office smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy diary and scheduling appointments for the General Manager and other senior management personnel
  • Addressing all incoming inquiries, calls, correspondence, diary management, organising travel arrangement and other demands for the General Manager
  • Assisting with event management, team meetings and supporting with events when required
  • Liaising with clients
  • About you:You are expected to be a diligent employee who thrives in challenging situations and can juggle different workloads. To be considered for this vacancy, it is crucial that you have previous experience as a PA or Team Assistant in dealing with various administrative tasks and speak French fluently, as you will be interacting with French speaking clients/staff members.   • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator, Team Assistant, Team Secretary, Team PA or PA
  • Experience in the investment, financial or banking sector

  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
