Job Description

Freelance UX Designer | ASAP Start | 3 month contract | Inside IR35 | £400PDThis role involves working with a market leading team, creating beautiful digital digital experiences to bring their products to life and express their value to customers and prospects in beautiful and delightful ways.We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with a solid grasp of the latest design and user experience techniques, as well as experience speaking with stakeholders and identifying digital solutions to complex problemsAbout the role:

  • Work in a multi-discipline product squad alongside designers, product managers, developers and more
  • Support with the discovery process, conducting user studies to understand customer pain points and new opportunities
  • Deliver thorough UX processes and methodologies including wireframes, storyboards, flow diagrams, sketches, mockups and prototypes
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of the design system for scalability
  • Instil a design thinking culture within the team and wider business
    • About you:
  • Level is not important, and we can hire from 1 years experience to the senior level
  • Solid commercial UX Design experience is important and you will have a portfolio showcasing a variety of web and app-based projects
  • You will have developed consistent and thorough UX processes and methodologies
  • Youll have an excellent understanding of user-centred design and interaction design principles
  • You are passionate about putting the user first and developing design thinking practices within a fast-growing business
  • Experience with industry leading tools, for example Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe InDesign, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
    • Location:Remote, working with the London team
